I'd like to introduce you some of the most beautiful spots in my country together with a brief political and cultural history of Slovenia. I'm passionate about discovering new and exciting places and introducing them to people in a way, that is always fresh and different, willing to make an extra effort to make a person satisfied. Throughout many years of experience and study I've got a great knowledge about Slovenia & Adria region, its tradition, cultural legacy and its current position in Europe. I'm not not a stranger to an outdoors living as I experienced it a lot as a runner, scout, mountaineer, diver, sailor and fan of water sports. I can also be a good company over a glass of wine, that I know a great deal about. People say going places with me is a great joy and an memorable experience. Visit Slovenia's most beautiful cave included in the UNESCO heritage in only 4 hours. There is always good weather to go into a cave. A nice walk through a nature park with a scenic historical village on a cliff price included. I've been exploring the underworld with real cavers so you'll hear about some interesting adventures too. Caving is big here, check it out. Speleology actually is a science we take very seriously in Slovenia. Additional sightseeing stops can be agreed upon by your request. To mention are the Lipica stud farm nearby or the Predjama cave castle by the way. On a good day, we'll be able to see horses in their natural environment and even touch them.

Gorazd (George) was a great tour guide. He had a comfortable car and provided us a nice drive around the countryside after our cave tour. Skocjan Cave is a must-visit site in Slovenia. The main cave with the river rushing through it and mist filling the cavern was amazing. The cave has about 500 steps and two miles of walking. At the end of the cave you can take a funicular up or you can take the long walk with beautiful views and another portion of the cave but it will add another one and a half miles and 400-500 steps to your journey. I have also been to Postojna Cave too. Both are well worth visiting, but Postojna is easier for people with mobility issues.

Our adventure was amazing thanks to Gorazd! He was so pleasant, knowledgeable and fun we had a great day even though the weather didn't cooperate very well. Both the caves and the castle we spectacular and I would highly recommend seeing them both. We are looking forward to our next adventure with Gorazd :)

Our guide, Gorazd, was very good. We visited Skocjan Caves, Piran And Trieste. All facets of the tour were handled beautifully and he was an excellent driver. We never felt rushed....he accommodated our special needs. No hesitancy in recommending his services.
Your Ljubljana tour itinerary
- From Ljubljana we shall reach Skocjan cave in 50 min. - You will spend 1, 5 h in a cave with a constant temperature of ca. 10°C so bring an overcoat. - Any combination with other attractions in the area is possible upon request. To mention are a stud farm in Lipica, Predjama cave castle or the Postojna cave - I will be pleased to explain on a request. We can return to your hotel within 4 hours but recommended is to spend more time really.
