Hello, my future guest. For several years I had been working as a tour guide and hiking guide in Slovenia, gaining experience which brought me to a point of being a tour guide for your need. I am a typical Slovenian when it comes to spending time outside and enjoying our beautiful nature. For those worried that history is going to be left out - I have that covered! I was born and raised in Slovenia, where I finished my master's degree. Afterward, I did a national tourist guide license which after a few years of working brought me here. Food tours, heritage tours, hiking tours, wine tours, WWI tours, WWII tours, beekeeping tours, GIN workshops, multi-day ex-Yugoslavia tours, and much more. . . I worked a lot but still not enough to lose my enthusiasm for my country. Slovenia is a small country that is diverse in landscape, food, culture, and language. So visiting here you will discover that there are a lot of things that will warm your heart. From sunrise on the top of the mountain to an afternoon underground in the caves that only imagination (and nature) can create. Top it up with a swim in the sea and ask yourself - where else that would be possible? Knowledge of a local, flexibility, enthusiasm, and humor is something that I always look for when I am traveling around and using the guides. Therefore these are characteristics that I want my guests to experience. If you want to see LOVE in sLOVEnia then you know where to find me. Together we can make trips simpler, funnier, and more enjoyable. Cheers, Borut Master's degree in History and Art History National tour guiding license Issued by the Tourism and Hospitality Chamber of Slovenia Hiking guide of Alpine Association of Slovenia Driver's license with additional training for safe driving No restrictions - everything is possible.

Did you ever wonder what happens when water meets limestone? If your answer is yes, then let's explore! The Karstic area of Slovenia is special for its stunning underworld. The beauty which had excited the imagination and gave birth to the Slovenian tales of Dragons, Witches, and others. Would you like to see exquisite Human Fish? Our day starts with a visit to the indescribable Postojna Cave and Predjama castle. And afterward, we head to Vipava Valley where a tasting of local goods awaits us. Here you will try Slovenian indigenous white varieties of wine. The last thing of the day is a visit to Štanjel, which is a showpiece of Karst architecture and culture. We will finish our day in the best possible way - visit a pristine local karstic house and with local prosciutto and wine.
