I'd like to introduce you some of the most beautiful spots in my country together with a brief political and cultural history of Slovenia. I'm passionate about discovering new and exciting places and introducing them to people in a way, that is always fresh and different, willing to make an extra effort to make a person satisfied. I'm not not a stranger to an outdoors living as I experienced it a lot as a runner, scout, mountaineer, diver, sailor and fan of water sports. Postojna cave & Predjama cave castle in the morning, then a visit of Bled lake. All in one day, we'll connect the three most wanted turist attractions of Slovenia. Bled lake and Bled castle on a rock above it, together with the Alpine nature surroundings is like a fairy tale. We shall do the 3 usual musts: take a traditional wooden boat to Slovenia's only island, explore the castle with a breathtaking view and try the famous Bled cream cake. Starting from Ljubljana no later than 8.30 we can be back to your hotel by around 6 p.m.
Gorazd gave us a walking tour of Ljubljana followed by a half-day tour at Lake Bled, as we had limited time. It was a perfect day to get to know the area and people. He was prompt, informative, fun, and very flexible, even stopping by the airport on the way home so I could check on my lost luggage.
This was a perfect tour for a full day. Gorazd was a great guide with a lot of interesting information about the area, history of how the government has changed, and offered nice flexibility throughout the day to accommodate us. A top ten day!!!
Excellent and informative tour guide. Main sights on the tour were interesting and the additional stops made by the guide greatly enhanced the tour. He is very flexible and will create a custom tour.
Gorazd was a great guide. he took us all around the city and taught us a great dial about Slovania. we had a great time and saw a beautiful country. I wish we had stayed longer.
Ljubljana to Postojna cave takes about 45 min drive and we shall be there half an hour before the train departure. You'll spend an hour and a half inside a cave with a constant low temperature (8-10 C⁰) so bring a jacket. 20 min drive to Predjama cave castle next with a stop for a photo and a quick lunch. A rather long drive back of over an hour, passing by Ljubljana into the Alps where Bled lake is. We'll need about 3 hrs there and some 45 min back to your hotel. We shall finish the tour at around 6 p.m.
