Walking Through Porto Essentials Half Day Tour

We booked this tour as part of a two day experience with Antonio, and he exceeded our expectations! Walking tours in major cities can sometimes be challenging as there is quite a bit of ground to cover on foot! But Antonio did a great job taking us to important landmarks, and his deep knowledge of the city and its history made the tour that much more enjoyable. Antonio is very passionate about the place he grew up in, and very personable, and that showed throughout the tour. We would absolutely recommend Antonio for tours in Portugal, and would absolutely use him again when we return.

Unfortunately Antonio was ill but his colleague João Barros was outstanding! He led a nice walk for our group through the highlights of Porto center. He was very knowledgeable of the history and culture of Porto. We ended our tour thankful for the opportunity to have learned the highlights of the city.

Fantastic guide and tour. Knowledge, flexible and entertaining. This was our introduction to Porto and Portugal. What a great way to get oriented. Highly recommended!

We had a FANtastic private walking tour of Oporto with Antonio whose passion & knowledge of Portugals history and place in the world made it all the more interesting. Despite the heavy rain for which our group was not prepared …. Antonio was. We were provided with umbrellas and driven to those locations that walk-in to would have been unpleasant. We had a super experience and would highly recommend Antonio as a guide to anyone visiting Porto.
