Bento train station, the Cathedral and the Ribeira (riverside) district. This tour can be particular useful when deciding which parts of town, you might want to explore in more detail during the rest of your stay.

Exploring the area around the Cordoaria garden, known for the Clérigos church and Bell Tower, the University, Carmelites church and the famous Lello Bookstore. . Continuing through the city's night life district to the Aliados Avenue, the neighbourhood with the "Beaux Arts" inspiration. . Visit the Sao Bento train station and it's more 20. 000 artistic glazed tiles. (Possible WC stop - paid). . Walk to the Cathedral area. The hilltop that is the birthplace of Porto. . Descent of the medieval core of the old city, through its narrow and picturesque streets until the riverside. . Pass by the Henry Navigator Square, that's hosts the Bolsa Palace, The Old Ferreira Borges Market and the São Francisco Church. . Arrival at the Ribeira (riverside) district, the postcard of the city. Beautiful views of the Luis I bridge, the Rabelo boats, the colorful houses, and the Port Wine Ageing Cellars.
