Some four million people visit Fatima each year, drawn by apparitions of the Virgin Mary reported by three local shepherd children in 1917. Explore the Shrine of Our Lady Fatima including the world renowned Basilica with its spectacular stained glass windows and paintings, the Chapel of Apparitions, Statutes of the visionaries of Fatima and the Monument to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Miguel is a great guide. Very informative, funny and thoughtful. He took us to a great out of tourist local restaurant where we had a great meal. He also made sure that we made it on time to attend mass in Fatima.
Today my guide met me at the hotel and drove me to Fatima. He was well dressed, very well mannered, spoke English exceptionally well and was a very safe driver. His knowledge at the Fatima Religious Site enhanced my tour. On our trip back to Porto he showed me the 'historic area' of the city and explained the history of Portugal knowledgeably. I would highly recommend Miguel as your guide!! Definitely a Star Five rating!!!!!
We visited Fatima, Nazare and Obidos. Miguel had planned the trip accordingly and the timing was perfect.
We toured twice with Miguel. What else can I say other than we started out as clients and ended as friends. Our tours were well organized, incredibly interesting and made us feel like special guests. If you want a fabulous experience with a charming gentlemen then you must call Miguel.
