Douro Valley Tour

Over 15 years experienced in the wine business, my best suggestion for a comfortable and enjoyable journey, it's visiting with tastings two family wineries: one in the morning another in the afternoon. Along the road ride you'll have the chance to appreciate the breathtaking scenery of huge bridges, green hills with terraces, beautifully olive and citrus trees all over, obviously the immensely vines are part of this unforgettable river side tour up in Douro Valley. Traditional or fancy restaurants can be found all over the region... even if the wine is the ex-libris like the [Port, red or white] ones, nevertheless, there are great cuisine experiences inside spectacular manor houses or charming hotels are an absolute must visit, if possible stay overnight to enjoy the overall experience! ● Pick up point at your accommodation. • Departing from Porto city, point [ approximately 2 hours into the mountains]. • Road trip upto Vila Real, Régua or Pinhão villages, where some of the best wineries are located. • First winery visit and tasting, • Lunch break • Second winery visit and tasting, • Possible river boat cruise [1 hour], optional ● Back to Porto around 5h30pm and dropp off at your location.
