Your experience begins with private pick-up at your hotel, as we journey into the spectacular landscapes of the Douro Valley, one of the world’s oldest demarcated wine regions. Our first stop is Amarante, a beautiful historic town rich in character and history. We continue along scenic roads to the São Leonardo da Galafura Viewpoint, where breathtaking views reveal the Douro River winding through endless vineyard terraces. We then explore Peso da Régua, the historic heart of the Port Wine trade, before reaching São João da Pesqueira, one of the valley’s oldest wine villages. Enjoy a relaxed lunch at a traditional regional restaurant before arriving in Pinhão, a postcard-perfect village surrounded by vineyards. Here you'll take a Douro River cruise aboard a traditional rabelo boat, followed by a visit to a renowned winery to taste three Vintage Ports. After a memorable day in the Douro, we return comfortably with drop-off at your accommodation.
