Discover the magic of the Douro Valley with me, a local born and raised in Porto and the Douro. My parents come from a small Douro village, and I grew up stomping grapes! I even produced my own wine — 1,000 bottles from native grape varieties. I know the Douro inside and out. I’m certified in WSET and Portuguese Wine Specialist (PWS), sharing expert knowledge throughout our journey. We will visit two family-owned wine estates and spend time with producers and owners, gaining insight into their passion. We walk vineyards and stop at breathtaking viewpoints. Together, we open a vintage Port bottle by fire, and I show the thrill of sabrage opening a sparkling wine with a saber. We enjoy a private electric boat cruise on the Douro River, tasting exceptional wines paired with local flavors. Enjoy a traditional Portuguese lunch at a family winery, with delicious courses paired with premium wines, hosted personally by the winemaker. More than views and wines, it’s about people and memories.

· Private pickup from your accommodation in a luxury 2024 Mercedes-Benz V250 Longo Avantgarde with Wi-Fi and bottled water. · Guided visit to a family-run wine estate with vineyard walk, DOC wine tasting, olive oil tasting, and a tasting board of local charcuterie, cheeses, and preserves, in a private setting with the winemaker. · One-hour private electric boat cruise on the Douro River featuring sparkling wine sabrage, Port and Espumante tasting, and a regional charcuterie, cheese, and preserves board. · Stops at scenic viewpoints (miradouros) to take photos and learn local stories. · Traditional Portuguese lunch at another winery, including property visit, paired with premium wines.
