Braga is a Portuguese city located in the north of Portugal, it has a history that began in Ancient Rome, when it was founded as Bracara Augusta in honor of the Roman emperor, Augustus (27 BC-14 AD). Come with me to know the symbolic churches inside the traditional city of Braga, take a time to lunch and during the afternoon, enjoy and know better the city of Guimarães. It is a historic city, with a crucial role in the formation of Portugal. Antonio was a wonderful guide and shared lots of history and information in a very respectful way. He is very experienced and it showed as he knew Braga/Guimaraes in detail and led us through the day in just the right level of detail. Antonio is a native of Porto and so interesting! We really enjoyed his company and expertise. He was also a very good and patient driver, which we appreciated. We would highly recommend Antonio as a guide!

This was a lovely trip to the countryside to see two beautiful and historically significant small cities. Antonio is an excellent guide. He provided a lot of historical background in a very approachable way. We will definitely seek him out on a return visit.
Just came from a wonderful day trip to Braga and Guimarães with Antonio and I highly recommend him for this tour or any tour he gives. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about Porto and the surrounding areas but also a great guy to just hang out with; which is important when you are spending 8 hours with someone. 5 stars.
