I have been working as a tour guide in Kraków since 2017. I love Kraków, and giving tours is my true passion because it allows me to introduce our rich culture and fascinating history to our guests from all over the world. But what I enjoy most is sharing the stories that are harder to find in a classic guidebook or online. I love touching on modern society, explaining the mindset and everyday attitudes of Poles, and helping visitors get a much broader picture of the place they are exploring. Whether we visit iconic landmarks or quiet backstreets, you will get an authentic local perspective. If you want to truly get to know and understand Kraków and Poland, you won't find a better guide :)

Discover Krakow’s fascinating history on a 3-hour walking tour of its two most significant historic districts: the Old Town and Kazimierz. Starting at the Grunwald Monument, we’ll follow the Royal Route past St. Florian’s Gate and the medieval city walls to the Main Market Square, home to St. Mary’s Basilica, the Cloth Hall and the Town Hall Tower. We’ll explore the Jagiellonian University Quarter, see the famous Papal Window and stroll through Planty Park before admiring Wawel Hill, the historic seat of Polish kings. Next, we’ll discover Kazimierz, once an independent city founded by King Casimir the Great. We’ll explore its historic Jewish Quarter, visit synagogues and locations featured in *Schindler’s List*, and learn about the rich Jewish heritage of Krakow and the tragic events of the Holocaust. Our walk ends at picturesque Wolnica Square. Along the way, I’ll share fascinating legends, local stories and insider tips on what to see, eat and do during the rest of your stay.
Our 3-hour tour starts at **Grunwald Monument on Jan Matejko Square**. Following the historic **Royal Route** and passing the former city fortifications, we reach **the Main Square**, one of Europe’s largest medieval squares, home to **St. Mary’s Basilica (Kościół Mariacki), Kraków Cloth Hall (Sukiennice)** and **Town Hall Tower**. In the Old Town, we also discover **the University Quarter**, including Poland’s oldest academic building, and **the famous Pope’s Window**, associated with John Paul II. As we pass **Wawel Hill**, I explain its importance to Polish history and national identity. We then explore **Kazimierz**, once an independent town founded by King Casimir the Great, known for its unique **Jewish Quarter**. Highlights include historic synagogues, Jewish heritage sites and locations featured in *Schindler’s List*, while learning about Kraków’s Jewish community during World War II. The tour ends at **Wolnica Square**, the historic centre of Kazimierz’s Christian district.
