Hi, I’m Simon! I was born and raised in Oslo, and I’d love to show you around my hometown. I’m in my twenties, and I’m so passionate about the showing this city as the vibrant capital it is. Outside of being a local guide, I work as a freelancer in film production, and I love exploring Oslo’s arts scene. I’m also a very interested in architecture, and find inspiration for my projects in the very diverse districts of the city. In my free time, I enjoy diving into Oslo’s nightlife, where there’s always something exciting happening. I’ve always had a love for storytelling, which is what led me to guiding. As a film enthusiast with a degree in film production, I enjoy showing guests the filming locations of famous Norwegian films and TV shows, while I'm also very well versed in more traditional historical, architectural and lifestyle facts. My tours are designed to offer an insider’s perspective, mixing both history and modern-day Oslo, giving visitors a local's view of the city. Travellers too often explore just the historical city centre, but I’m here to show you why it’s one of the coolest, most vibrant cities around as soon as you visit the surrounding districts too!
