If I could give 11 out of ten stars for Simon as a tour guide I would. He was wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful, good sense of humor, and good background in Norways's history, culture, and politics. He sent me a message the night before our tour to confirm. This was a big help. He arrived on time and took me for a 2 hour walking tour of Oslo. Even though it was raining, it was one of the highlights of my visit. I am retired and travel frequently and know it is difficult which tour guide to hire. Simon was wonderful and would appeal to any age group. He is around 25, I am 78 and I found him so much fun and interesting. He gave me the names of restaurants in the area and tips on going to different Christmas markets. that was a big help. He customizes the tour for whatever you want. I wanted more general history and more emphasis on customs and Norwegian lifestyle. He is great!

It was obvious from our interaction that Simon was well educated and could easily converse on any topic and answered all of our questions.
