Have you just arrived in Oslo, and want to get your bearings around the city centre? Or are you on a busy schedule, and want to explore the city's most important historical and cultural landmarks in one go? Then this three-hour walking tour of central Oslo fits perfectly for you! In just a few hours, we'll explore the main landmarks, such as the Royal palace and the Opera, while strolling through some of Oslo's most lively and picteresque streets. You'll learn about the history of the city, but also about the current culture, art and lifestyle. Where's the best coffee? How does the public transport work? And where are the best dancefloors? Throughout the tour, I'll let you in on the tips and tricks only a local could know, and I'll make sure you won't miss anything during your stay. So don't be shy, reach out, and become an Oslo local for a day :)
The itinerary depends by meeting point, but in general, this is what the tour will look like: - Start at central Karl Johan street - Stop at the parliament - Explore Oslo University and National theatre - Enjoy the views of the The Royal Palace - Explore the are of the Oslo Town Hall - enjoy the views of Aker brygge port - explore the Akershus fortress - stroll through Kvadraturen - the old centre - Finish at Oslo city Opera Do you already have any particular sights you want to explore in mind? In that case, don't be scared to reach out! This tour is fully customisable, and I'll accomodate for any additional stops or changes in the itinerary. As a local, I want you to experience the best this city has to offer!

We'll walk through the city centre! The tour is not too physically requiring, but I still recommend good footwear and appropriate clothing - as we Norwegians say: "There's no bad weather, only bad clothes!" The tour is wheelchair accessible, though a couple of stops have limited access.
Egertorget, Oslo, Oslo, Norway
We'll meet at central Egertorget, right in the heart of Oslo! I'll be waiting for you at the entrance to the subway station Stortinget - that's the stairs infront of the restaurant Max. However, I would love to accomodate you and I'm able to start the tour at any of the central hotels or transport hubs in the city!
