Fernando is a fantastic guide. Fernando setup a snorkeling and cenote day for my family and it was fantastic! A perfect balance of what we were looking for when it came to time in the water, travelling to different points of interest, meals, etc. Fernando was extremely flexible in the personalization of our tour and we really appreciated that. We are a couple from Canada and want to see Cancun from a different view (more local and historic). Fernando was on Time, very honest with really good knowledge of area. Fernando is a well connected and knowledgeable guide. We had a wonderful time swimming with turtles at Akumal. He takes extra steps to ensure our needs were met. He also took us to a great Cenote for a refreshing snorkeling and zipline trip. He also introduced us some delicious tacos. All in all - a great guy!

This tour guide knows how to deliver a unique experience upon request. Our journey required ferry tickets to and from Cozumel, and his lovely wife was kind enough to purchase them in advance in order save time. We accomplished everything we had hoped to accomplish during this tour and more. He was very knowledgeable about the shops in Playa del Carmen, and he navigated through heavy traffic safely. We were comfortable with him as our guide, and he is highly recommended.
