Included - Pick-up service at Kansai International Airport (KIX) or Itami Airport - Escort to your hotel in Osaka, Kyoto, or Kobe - Assistance with transportation cards, JR Passes, and mobile internet - Support with ATMs and currency exchange - Orientation on Japan’s public transportation system Service duration: up to 4 hours Additional Fees - Pick-ups before 09:00 or after 17:00: ¥5,000 surcharge - Hotels located in Kyoto or Kobe: ¥5,000 surcharge - Price includes up to 5 guests. For each additional person: ¥3,000 surcharge *If pick-up is scheduled at 12:00 or earlier, you can also extend the tour to 8 hours.

Itinerary - Kansai International Airport (KIX): I’ll be waiting for you just outside the arrivals gate, holding a sign with your name. Please ensure that you share your flight number and arrival time well in advance. - Transfer to your hotel in Osaka, Kyoto, or Kobe: Based on your needs, budget, and hotel location, I’ll suggest the best way to get there. By default, we’ll use the airport limousine bus. - Hotel check-in and additional support: After check-in, I’ll be available to assist with anything you need, whether it’s finding a great restaurant, locating a currency exchange with good rates, purchasing transport passes, or discovering local shops.
