Hiroko met us in the reception area of our hotel and impressed us immediately when she pointed out the novelty clock on the wall, which we had walked past numerous times and failed to notice. The tour was undertaken at a pace that was tailored to suit our age with clear communication and instructions on our modes of transport and destinations. Hiroki’s knowledge of our chosen sites was extensive and her rapport with the staff at the venues proved invaluable when it came to accessing some areas. Hiroko was fabulous. Her knowledge of Osaka was excellent. She gave us insight about the city and the culture. We wanted to do some shopping for kitchen items and overall shopping. She took us to this great area where you could get just about any kitchen item you could think of. My wife and her sister wanted to shop for clothing and Hikoro was a great help in translating and giving tips.

We had the most amazing day with Hiroko! She was incredibly helpful to us! She even got us all set for our departure from Osaka by helping us secure train tickets to the airport! She then brought us to two of the most amazing sites in Osaka! The Osaka Castle and the Umeda Sky building. She knew exactly where we should be at all times. She saved us From waiting in long lines every step of the way. She knew all of the best spots for photos and took so many wonderful pictures for us!! Hiroko taught us how to use the bus, which we really enjoyed. She made it so easy to get around by taking trains too. She customized our day so well that we got to see everything and more!!! This was our first experience with tours by locals and we hit the jackpot with the best guide ever in Hiroko!! We will definitely use this service again.

We had a wonderful day in Osaka guided by Hiroko. She is so knowledgeable of the history of the city that she brought touring the castle to life. She took us to the Umeda Sky Tower - riding an escalator suspended between two towers is quite unforgettable and a little unnerving. She took my wife shopping which made her very happy.
