Osaka 7 Hour Driving Tour with Modern Art (Van)

Hiro was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! He picked my friend and me up directly from our hotel and thoughtfully planned our day around the summer weather so we could avoid spending too much time in the intense heat. His car was spotless, comfortable, and such a welcome relief after we had walked miles the day before and were definitely feeling it! Throughout the tour, Hiro brought every destination to life. He didn't just show us the sights—he shared the history, explained the cultural significance, and taught us so many fascinating things we never would have discovered on our own. His passion for what he does is evident in every detail, and it's clear that he genuinely cares about creating an unforgettable experience for each of his guests. Since my friend and I love trying new things, Hiro gave us several fantastic lunch options. We decided on fugu (blowfish), and it ended up being one of the best meals we've ever had! His local knowledge and recommendations made the entire day feel personalized, authentic, and incredibly memorable. More than anything, Hiro was kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best possible experience. If you're looking for someone who goes above and beyond to create a fun, informative, and seamless tour, I can't recommend him highly enough. This was an outstanding tour through Osaka given by Hiro! He was knowledgeable, friendly and showed great care toward my mother. He kept the pace at an appropriate level to allow breaks to rest through the day. We both very much appreciated his knowledge and interest in architecture and how Osaka has changed over years. Hiro lead us on an insiders view of Osaka which we enjoyed immensely. From a Birds Eye perch atop a 40 story building to situate ourselves and view the impressive urban landscape, we subsequently visited the Dotonbori ‘s infinite choice of food offerings. Included was a stop for notching and matcha to refresh ourselves. Along the way we learned some Japanese, and compared notes on culture and practices in the west and the east. All in all Hiro proved to be a thoughtful and engaging host and charming representative of Osaka. We would do it again with Hiro and we will remember our time with him fondly and for a long time. Hiro speaks English exceptionally well and there was no communication barriers whatsoever. Thanks to our hero, Hiro!

Hiro is an excellent guide with a lot of knowledge and history of Osaka. He was also very flexible in customizing the trip to suit our needs and priorities. Overall, we were very satisfied with the way he covered the important places in Osaka in 4 hours.
