In this tour you can visit a Japanese castle, and a very modern building in Japan. In Osaka Castle I am sure that you come to know what a Japanese castle is. Osaka castle was built at the end of the 16th century by Toyotomi Hideyoshi who first ruled Japan. Umeda Sky Building was introduced by the British news paper "Times" as one of the top 20 buildings to represent the world. (PLease be noted that from December 28th to January 1st the main tower of Osaka castle is closed, so we can not enter the main tower however we can go to the Main tower and see it from the outside and other historical things like moats and stonewall, watchtower and etc. during that time)
My students and I had a great tour with Akira! He customized it for the things we wanted to see. Akira translated the presentations we heard, and arranged for English headsets for the film we saw at the museum. He was also incredibly patient with my students! All in all a very professional and thoughtful guide.
Akira was a really good guide and very knowledgable . We had to vary the tour as it was really hot in Osaka and Akira was really accomodating. Would really recommend this tour.

Akira is an excellent guide combining knowledge with experience and the right level of enthousiasm. Tour program can be filled in according to clients wishes and is flexibel on the way. We did not have enough time to see much but still got exactly what we wished for.

We'll visit Osaka Castle and Umeda Sky Building (Floating Garden Observatory) in four hours. From your hotel first we visit Osaka Castle by the train and we walk to the Main Tower of Osaka Castle, which takes about 20 minutes.
