We were in Osaka unexpectedly due to travel delays from the typhoon and were looking for a last-minute option to experience the city. Khalid was so fantastic and customized the day to our needs. We were traveling with my 80 something parents and he was so attentive to their needs as we navigated the city. He was knowledgeable about the history of the city sharing insights and answering all of our questions as well as helping us find some great local spots for an amazing meal and a few unique last minute purchases we wanted to take home. We are so lucky he was available and we closed out our visit to Japan on a high note because of our wonderful day with Khalid!
