Lamine was a great guide. He was very good at communicating prior to the tour so that we could have the best experience possible. He listened to what we wanted to see and took us to places that interested us. Our tour was on a national holiday so most of the venues were very busy. Lamine was great navigating us through the crowded areas and adjusted our route accordingly. We had a great day in Osaka!

Lamine was our tour guide a couple of years ago. Because of our superb experience with him, we again booked this tour with him. As expected, Lamine exceeded our expectations. He planned a great itinerary for us. Because we have young children our pace was slower. Lamine was understanding and patience. He was gentle with the kids and even treated them mochi. They became friends. With Lamine we did not have to worry about the complex subway stations in Japan. He always gets into the subway car first to secure seats for us … even in rush hours. I highly recommend Lamine.

We had an excellent tour and experience with Lamine. Prior to our tour, I had a number of questions and Lamine promptly responded. Our ship arrived earlier and Lamine was able to start our tour ahead of our scheduled arrival One of us had COPD, and Lamine was able to adjust our tour accordingly to allow rest time after several steps or elevation increases. Lamine speaks English very well and we had no difficulty understanding him. He was very knowledgeable about Osaka. He knew the history as well as the situation today. He had excellent dining recommendations and shopping. When we return to this part of Japan, we will schedule another tour with Lamine. We highly recommend Lamine.

Lamine led us on a tour of Osaka, Japan. His knowledge of the city is incredible. His ability to navigate you through the city, taking in every available sight while finding the one store that has the exact item you’ve been searching for made our day with him very special. Lamine was fun, informative, and able to discuss several topics. Our day was just about perfect in every way. I can’t recommend Lamine as your guide in Japan any more vociferously. If you want a great day in Osaka or Kyoto, this is your guide.
