Yanagawa, used to be a castle town during the Edo period, is located about 70km(43 miles) away from Fukuoka downtown, and it is famous for boat riding in the moat of the castle. Enjoy calm and peaceful boat riding at Yanagawa Castle town. *You can pay Nishitetsu train with a contactless credit card (Visa, JCB, American Express, Diners Club).

Take a Nishitetsu train to Yanagawa. (about 50min) Yanagawa boat riding(60min), enjoy the peaceful scenery from the boat. Lunch Unagi Ohana, the villa of Tachibana clan, Japanese garden and the samurai museum. 1000yen (Optional) Back to Fukuoka by Nishitetsu train (about 50min) End the tour at Tenjin, I'll show you a taxi or bus stop to back to the port or hotel.
