Oyster hut and Karatsu city

This tour is only available during autumn and winter(end of Oct. to end of March). We visit Itoshima(Fukuoka pref. ) to eat fresh oyster at Kakigoya, means Oyster hut. As the name suggests, we eat oyster in a hut like a big tent. Let's grill oysters, shrimps, scallops, squid and some other fresh seafood straight out of the ocean. Enjoy this special experience and fill your stomach! After the fun lunch, we take a train to visit Karatsu, Saga prefecture. We visit Hikiyama floats exhibition center which these floats are used for a festival in November. Let's take a walk in Karatsu city, see some small shops on the way. We also visit a former residence of Takatori Koreyoshi who was a coal mine entrepreneur during Meiji period. It's an old traditional house with Noh stage and tea ceremony rooms. We take an express bus to go back to Fukuoka city. *Lunch is not included in this tour price. Lunch is about 2000yen per person. *This tour is available from the end of October till the end of March.
