Overview of your Fukuoka tour
Yame city are located about 60km away south of Fukuoka. It is famous for green tea, especially most expensive green tea called Gyokuro. From the top of the hill, you can enjoy an amazing scenery of tea farm. You will also visit Yame traditional craft center where you see bamboo crafts, Japanese paper, lanterns, etc. You can also make your own Washi or Japanese paper post card there if you're interested in. Lunch place is a traditional Japanese house renovated to a nice Tonkatsu or deep-fried pork restaurant. Onoko ceremic place is located on a hill side where you can also enjoy the scenary of Japanese countryside.
