The Vatican's Gems - Skip the Line Private Walking Tour

Walking through the Vatican Museums, you will see some of the most famous masterpieces of the ancient world and understand their meaning and importance of Renaissance artists. You will also have the unique opportunity to visit the Pope's apartments, decorated by young Raphael, with his acclaimed fresco "The School of Athens", considered the symbol of the High Renaissance. In front of Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael and Caravaggio's paintings, you'll learn the distinctive features of their art that made them so famous. And, of course, you'll visit the Sistine Chapel painted by Michelangelo. We'll spend the last part of our tour in St. Peter's Basilica, the biggest church in the world, built on St. Peter's tomb.
