You will access the monument directly with our skip-the-line service. Under my guidance you will find yourself in the heart of the largest amphitheater in the world where the gladiatorial games against wild beast were held. The tour of the Colosseum will continue with an exciting walk on the ancient Via Sacra inside the Roman Forum, the pulsating center of political, commercial and religious life of the ancient Rome. This tour is a journey from the beginning of the civilization to the fall of the Roman Empire. As a passionate archaeologist, my aim is to share the love for my city with the travellers by telling stories that bring Ancient Rome back to life.
- Meeting point at the Colosseum with me as your guide, in front of the green newspaper stand right outside the Colosseum stop of the subway at ground level. - We will enter the Colosseum with skip-the-line tickets (to spend one hour living the experience as a spectator of the gladiator games). - We will enter the Roman Forum with skip-the-line tickets (to walk in the square that was the center of the political and economical life of Rome). - We will also visit the Arena, the Gladiator stage. Visiting the archaeological site of the Colosseum and Roman forum there are no restrictions about the dress code. I can customize this tour according to your requests. Please always remember to bring IDs/passports with you especially for kids under age 18 to enter the sites.
