My name is Rosanna and I was born and raised in Rome. Since my childhood I love art, history and travel, so I took tourism at high school. Then I moved to London, Paris and Seville to learn the languages and the culture and traditions of those countries. Back home I started my career as tour manager and I passed the exam issued by the Provincia di Roma to become an official Tourist Guide. I have been working as a guide in Rome for 15 years and I love to show to Italians and foreign visitors the Eternal City. I work with couples, families, groups and I am very glad to tell stories and make people familiar with the Italian art, culture, history and food. If you only have a short time, like a shore excursion, this tour is perfect for you, it's a complete tour! We'll see the 2nd century Pantheon Dome, the largest, which was inspiration for all the greatest We'll visit the Colosseum the most visited monument in the world, built to celebrate the Empire, where the famous gladiator games took place. We won't miss the Trevi fountain the baroque masterpiece where you can toss in a coin to be sure to come back to Rome.
Your Rome tour itinerary
- A professional driver will pick you up and drop you off at the Civitavecchia Terminal (1.5 hours each way) - You will meet me in Rome and we will see: Vatican Museums Sistine Chapel St Peter Basilica and square Fast break lunch Pantheon (outside) Trevi Fountain Colosseum (inside) Arch of Constantine Imperial Forum street Panoramic tour by car: Piazza Venezia with the monument known as the Wedding Cake, Circus Maximus, Tiber Island, Gianicolo Hill with its breathtaking view over Rome. The itinerary can be customized to your preferences. The itinerary could be on the reverse according to Colosseum/Vatican time slot tickets. -Please bring a copy of your passport (hard copy or photo on your phone) tickets are nominal and you must show a copy of your documents. -Please write me if there are people with mobility problems and if you use or need a wheelchair, the itinerary will be different.
