Flavia arrived promptly at our apartment, and engaged fully with us, carefully allowing for the mobility issues of my 95 year old mother and sister and adjusting our tour to meet our small group's wishes. (She even readjusted the date and time of the tour when we had a last minute medical/transportation change.) We didn't get to everything on the proposed list, but felt like we had an excellent summary of central Rome in just 4 hours, including a hilltop finale to see most of Rome. Her archeological and history depth of knowledge along with a high level of enthusiasm broadened our enjoyment. I saw her leading another tour a week later in the Santa Maria Maggiore, and she happily walked over to chat briefly with me and another person who'd been on the tour, it felt like we were in a small town.
