This tour combines a lovely sunset stroll through Rome’s archaeological wonders with a culinary adventure in one of the city's finest local restaurants. Let the golden hour glow of the Eternal City’s most iconic monuments enchant you as we make our way to the charming Medieval district of Monti for an authentic Roman dining experience! Please note: The cost of food and wine is NOT included in the tour price. Dinner will be paid directly at the restaurant, where a fixed menu has been specially arranged for our guests (35 EUR per person by cash or credit card). NOTE: Clients are solely responsible for their wealth conditions. Special substitutions are available for those with dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-intolerant. During a 1.5-hour guided walking tour, I will share my expertise as a professional archaeologist to discover: - Colosseum (outside) - Arch of Costantine - Roman Forum (outside) - Imperial Fora After the walk, a gastronomic expert will join you for a sit-down dinner at a local "osteria" in Monti district. Your tasting menu includes: APPETIZERS - Supplì (Traditional Roman fried rice croquette with mozzarella and tomato) - Tomato Bruschetta - Cacio e Pepe Meatballs - Stracciatella Cheese & Puntarelle (Chicory) Bruschetta - Eggplant Involtini (Roll-ups) - Mozzarella in Carrozza (Fried mozzarella sandwich) - Roman pinsa (typical Roman kind of pizza) FIRST COURSE A choice of: - Amatriciana, Carbonara or Cacio e Pepe DESSERT - House dessert BEVERAGES - 1/4 Liter of House Wine - 1/2 Bottle of Water - Espresso & Amaro (Italian herbal digestif) Throughout dinner, your food and wine expert will introduce you to Italy's culinary traditions, making this a truly memorable evening in Rome.
