Walls of Dubrovnik & The Old Town - The Ultimate Private Combo Tour

This is THE tour for all of you who want to experience the best of Dubrovnik in a short time - you'll walk the whole city walls, take in the amazing views of the historic Old Town from high above and you'll also discover the city's main landmarks - the elegant baroque churches, the majestic renaissance palaces and the hidden corners that only we locals know about! This four-hour combo tour is ideal for travelers who are on cruise ships and don't have much time in Dubrovnik but still want to see the most important sights and walk the medieval walls. It's also great to do on your first day if you'll be spending more time in Dubrovnik. I was born and raised in Dubrovnik and still live inside the walls - I'll be happy to tell you about the everyday life; is it expensive, our love-hate relationship with tourism, politics, economy, everything and anything that you might be interested in hearing about! We'll take a break mid-way through the tour and we'll take it easy.

We will meet just outside the Old town, at Pile gate, where I'll be waiting for you, holding a sign with your name. The first half of our tour will be on the city walls. You will buy the tickets at the entrance, as those are not included in the price of the tour, and then we'll slowly make our way around the 1. 2-mile long medieval city walls. We can stop for a drink either on the walls or after we get down from the walls. You can get a gelato or an orange juice or beer or all that together :) and then, after chilling out with a cold drink, we'll continue to discover the historic Old Town, a UNESCO-protected World Heritage site, that I proudly call my home. We'll walk through the small streets and you'll see the Rector's palace, the Cathedral, the church of St. Blaise. . . I'll take you to the green market where you can try some traditional sweets like arancini - candied orange peels, dried figs, almonds. . . We'll have a photo-stop at the end of your tour
