Timeless Dubrovnik, History Walking Tour with Local

In this two-hour tour I will take you on a walk through time, you will see the most important city sights and hear stories that will reveal all the importance but also the uniqueness of this ancient libertarian and proud city. As we walk the city streets we will pass by many local shops, ice cream parlors and anything that catches your eye to make it appealing to you. You will learn why the city is called the Pearl of the Adriatic, how it was created, why there is a wall, how the water came to the city and much, much more. . . This tour will make you feel like a part of the city and with me, you will experience how the locals see the city, you will be guided with the greatest passion for the city and its history. As a tour guide for 20 years, I live life and grow up with the city, for me there is nothing hidden that I will not be able to show or tell you. As the stories go by, time will become irrelevant. We meet in the hotel lobby (if the hotel is walking distance from the old town) or in front of the old town, and go on a nice walk that fit your pace. With this tour there are no entrances to any museums, churches or city wall (you can do that on your own after the tour). After we meet in a leisure pace we will walk towards the old town. We will walk through the old town, seeing all the most important sights, and feeling the vibes of the old town. On this tour You'll hear about the towns history, how the town is build, how was it possible to withhold it's independence and much, much more. . . As every tour is tailor made, you can always ask about something extra if it's possible.
