Goran had a family emergency so he arranged for his partner, Ivan to be our guide and we couldn't have been happier. He was right on time to pick us up in the fantastic 1972 Citroen and showed us the best views of Dubrovnik, before taking us to a locals only cafe with a stunning view, where we relaxed and chatted for an hour over drinks. Then onto a gorgeous botanical garden/villa where he provided us with homemade wine and energy bar his wife had made as we looked out over the beautiful scene. Then he dropped us back in Old Town with plenty of time to explore and eat and drink on our own. He was engaging and knowledgeable and very helpful with my mobility scooter. Highly recommend this relaxing, informative, and beautiful day tour because we have been on many, and this is truly one of the best.

I have been working in tourism/sales-related services for nearly 20 years, as well as a guide and a tour leader. For a couple of years, I have worked for a big cruise line company in the hotel department. After I settled back here in Dubrovnik, I started to work as a trip leader, cruise manager and as a local guide on my own as well, cooperating with different tour operators and agencies. Furthermore, I studied at the university here in Dubrovnik and obtained a degree in tourism/management back in 2004.
