Michael is a personable and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed our tour of Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. He was very good at personalizing and highlighting things from around the region beyond the usual tourists sights.

I love to share my passion for culture and history of Dubrovnik, giving a unique perspective, as my family has lived in the city since 16th century. The city never ceases to amaze me and even though I grew up in Dubrovnik, its rich history and extraordinary beauty continue to be an endless source of inspiration. Having worked and lived in many countries around the world, I have over 25 years of international guiding experience and knowledge. I am also an artist working with acrylics on canvass. I am passionate about sports, literature and music. I live in Dubrovnik with my wife, son and three daughters. * In response to Covid pandemic I have received full vaccination. - Licensed tour guide with international experience. None

From city streets to panoramic views, palatial Gothic and Renaissance summer homes of Dubrovnik republics affluent nobles and merchants to contemporary Dubrovnik. This is a tour that will open up a world within the walls as well as surrounding areas of exceptional natural beauty and quaint little villages and countryside. It also covers many Game of Thrones filming locations in the city. We have a vehicle at our disposal and the itinerary is flexible based on your interests and preferences. I will definitely suggest that you visit Rijeka dubrovacka and Komolac as well as go to the top of mount Srđ which is 435 meters (1430 feet) above the Old town, offering breathtaking views of the city. This tour is a must for all who would like to get the city introduction and have a perspective in the wider context of the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Michael and would love to come back to Dubrovnik. We highly reocommend him.
Our group of 10 seniors spent 6 glorious hours with Michael touring the area in and around Dubrovnik and inside the old city. This is the second time in 2 years that some of us had been on a tour with Michael in Dubrovnik and he again exceeded our expectations. We learned more than the first time and enjoyed the tour so much. Michael's English is perfect and his knowledge of the history of the area is encyclopedic! What a great day. What a GREAT guide! Thank you Michael.
We had a very enlightening "Game of Thrones" tour of the walled city, so with the rest of the places that are included on the tour. We highly recommend Michael to be your tour guide. He is just wonderful, accommodating and.... we love him. He even bought us some traditional chocolate candies at a restaurant just for us to use the restroom. Need we say more?
Functionally bilingual in English and Croatian, Michael is the ideal guide for the town of Dubrovnik, of which he knows every corner and turn. We also appreciated his flexibility and kindness given our large group. His driver Niko was likewise excellent, and we saw everything we had come to see and a lot more. Though Dubrovnik is small (40,000 inhabitants or so), Michael made it seem bigger by placing in its historical context. A superb half-day -- we cannot recommend a tour guide any more highly.
Michael was a great tour guide, with the unique personal perspective of someone who grew up in the old city of Dubrovnik. He provided an extremely thorough and interesting history of the country, the region and the city, from the middle ages through the wars and into modern times. He even sprinkled in some fun facts and visits to filming locations for “The Game of Thrones” TV series. We very much enjoyed our day with Michael and grew to love Dubrovnik in our short time there. We highly recommend his tour.
Meeting at a designated point, we will go to Komolac, approximately 15 minutes drive from the Old Town. - Komolac is the area where we will visit a site with a palatial home of Dubrovnik, a noble family from the 16th century. Nowadays it is part of ACI Dubrovnik marina. - Nearby, river Dubrovnik flows into the sea underneath a mountain; this is a picturesque spot to see. - Then, we will have a ride through the countryside to Mt Srđ with stunning views of Dubrovnik. - Here we will be heading for exploration of the Old town itself.
