Hello I'm Joanna, Follow me in the footsteps of the millions who have called this fine city home through 2000 years of history. As a Londoner I love to share scandalous stories and fascinating facts with newcomers and lifelong residents alike. I'm an official city of London guide. Particular favourite topics for me are the City of London. Hampstead, Primrose Hill, Roman London and the Great Fire of London I have over 15 years experience with a wide variety of audiences including independent travellers and families. When I'm not guiding, I run a not for profit organisation Speak Street, where we introduce people to history through fun social learning. I'm a member of the Stationers' Company and love sharing the history of the London livery companies. I have the Freedom of the City of London which in entitles me to drive my Sheep over London Bridge free of charge, just one of the weird and wonderful London traditions you can discover during your visit. Whether you want to discover hidden parts of the city or pack in some of the classic highlights I'm happy to create a bespoke tour that works for you. Joanna's tour was amazing!!! Best day in London so far. She whizzed me past the long entrance queue in less than 60 seconds. Her knowledge was on point; she was both entertaining and fun. I came for the Rosetta Stone; she showed me so much more! Her lunch recommendation was also off-the-chart excellent. I'll tour again with her if I can. Highly recommended, FIVE STARS!
