Hi, My name is Mirian and I was born in this magnificent region in South of Spain.

My greatest passion is to provide visitors with a deeper experience of the local culture.

Having lived in various parts of Europe and Spain, I realized how important it is to meet a local person to truly appreciate and feel part of the place you visit.

My hometown is Ecija, which is a traditional and captivating town in the heart of Andalucía located midway between the splendid Seville and Cordoba.

On my tours in Cordoba and my hometown I show our culture, heritage, gastronomy and flamenco, the last one is my greatest passion, too. I would like you be part of our culture and feel like a local. I can provide tips on how to enjoy each of the cities and your time here.

My love of tourism stems back to my childhood, in my parent's hostel, where I socialized with visitors. After graduating with a tourism degree from Seville University in 2003, I have spent the past 20 years working in this field, and seven years as a guide.

Welcoming small groups of visitors I am able to interact with you and show carefully our culture and heritage. We will discover together this region which is a cultural melting pot!

Let's enjoy the rich and wonderful local gastronomy in Cordoba in a local market "Mercado Victoria".

In this market, we have a wild range of food, from very traditional to some fusion food stands. One of the specialties is ham, but also cheese, fresh fish, seafood, paella, the traditional salmorejo and even old recipes from Muslim times!

You can decide what to try so we order in every stand to finally go to a table (inside or outside) and start enjoying.

I'll help you to understand the recipes, the Andalusian way of sharing food and gastronomy culture. Of course, it will be the perfect occasion to improve your Spanish as well!
