I am an Expat from the United States, I have been blessed to live and guide through this beautiful country called Italy for the past 22 years.

My first love and city mastered was the Eternal City of Rome, where I have lived and taught an English Master's program at UET. The University of European Tourism is located outside the Papal walls of Vatican City. I enjoyed teaching and being around the students very much, their youth is contagious.

As I've traveled around the entire country, I've discovered the beauty in each region, as well as the wine and culinary wonders.

My guiding experience is throughout Italy's Regions, as a National Driver Guide. My areas of expertise include the hillside medieval towns that are nestled in-between the Apennine Mountains. During my tours, I explain the history of Italy and make certain that you have the opportunity to experience all of the local monuments, as well as the iconic art and historical culture. My guiding is based on the TRUE ITALIAN EXPERIENCE. The Slow Food Movement, which they call the zero kilometer touring started in Italy because of how the food is prepared and my tours will take you to taste it all, fresh cheese, the award winning wines and truffle pasta. . . not to mention the limoncello in Sorrento after a day in Pompei.

I have been blessed with a gift when it comes to guiding children and the disabled throughout this country. Nothing is a challenge for me and I enjoy seeing each of these places with people who thought they would never get there, life is meant to be lived!

Your journey starts early from Rome. We will drive toward the Appennini Mountains where we will visit a famous Estate perched high above the city of Tivoli and a UNESCO World Heritage site called Villa d'Este. It is a fine example of Renaissance architecture and the Italian Renaissance garden period of the 15th Century. Exploring both the remarkable works of Pirro Ligorio, who was responsible for the iconographic programs worked out in the Villa's frescos and the technical designs for the fountains by a Frenchman, Claude Venard, who was a manufacturer of hydraulic organs that we will hear playing during our visit. After experiencing the Villa and its beautiful gardens, you will enjoy a true Roman lunch in front of Temples before heading Naples to arrive at your hotel by 3pm in the afternoon.

A Day Trip to Southern Italy from Rome!

This tour allows you the ability to enjoy all of Rome in one day. Starting from your hotel we will begin our day with the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel & Saint Peter's Basilica where you will visit his Tomb and the Pieta of Michelangelo. After a quick lunch break we will move to the Ancient side of Rome to visit the Colosseum, Forum, Arch of Costantine, Arch of Titus and Circus Maximun. The center of Rome will be our last step of our journey where we will explore the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. After this amazing day I will drive you back to your hotel and bid you farwell as friends who have conqured an Eternal City together.
