This tour was a little disappointing in the actual tour itself. Bertrand sent a substitute guide without informing us before the tour happened. The substitute guide did a reasonable job of working us between St. Chapelle and Notre Dame to deal with the lines and the rainy weather. She was informative but hard to understand at times. I understand the guide cannot control...

Bertrand was fantastic - his tour of the Louvre and of the Marais was the highlight of our visit to Paris. Not only did we learn so many details of French history, culture and art but we also enjoyed spending our 'picnic' lunch together! Excellent tour, very informative and a great way to view Versailles for the first time. As a lover of history, I could have stayed all day, but this half day trip was perfect for my husband & teenagers.
