Behind the scenes with the Royal Family
Overview of your Paris tour
On this full day tour, let me take you behind the scenes in the private quarters of the Royal family where the public and the court were not allowed. This is a wonderful day trip from Paris, including private transportation in deluxe vehicles with my dedicated chauffeur. I will meet you at your hotel or accommodation and bring you back into the city at the end of the day. On our arrival at Versailles, I will open a door closed to the public and from then it's just us. You will see, it's quite a unique emotion to be on your own in this crowded palace, right in the rooms where Louis XVI or Marie-Antoinette have spent their last days at Versailles before the French Revolution put an end to the monarchy. We will later on explore the rest of the palace and the Hall of Mirrors of course, and also spend some time strolling the gardens and the private estate of Queen Marie-Antoinette in the afternoon too. This is the most exclusive way to experience Versailles, as a member of the Royal family would back in the 1700s
