Cooking experience was fabulous! Massimo was fantastic! We three amateur cooks enjoyed the castle and pasta factory, but the cooking part was the highlight. Massimo is great to communicate, especially about the menu for a 4-course meal. Our favorites were three types of bruschetta and the tagliatelle with meat sauce. Making our own pasta and learning the secrets of cooking with virgin olive oil were fun; eating our lunch outside overlooking Tuscany was a delight. Thanks, Massimo, for a perfect day!
