I graduated in Ecotourism in Quito.
About 10 years ago, I started working as a naturalist guide in the Amazon Rainforest and now I specialize in Private Tours. During all those years working as a guide, I have been learning much more, not only about nature but also about the history of my country and the indigenous groups that inhabited it. I also got the chance to explore and travel the main tourist destinations.
I have guided groups as well as independent travelers coming from many parts of the world, which allowed me to know firsthand the needs and requirements of the guests visiting Ecuador.
Some of my hobbies came handy with guiding and help me with my work: photography of fauna and nature, bird watching, trekking and mountain climbing.
My tours range from City Tours of the Old Town in Quito to Day trips to the surroundings areas, to experience the Cloud Forest and the Volcanoes. All the itineraries can be customized to meet your needs.
I look forward to seeing you in Quito!

David provides us with an outstanding tour which exceeded our expectations. He is very knowledgeable about his country and is enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge. He has excellent English language skills. We enjoyed every stop, especially the museum at Latitude 0.00'00, where we were amazed and surprised at the hands on experiments related to its unique location directly on the Equator. The historical old Quito was the highlight of the day, with its beautiful colonial buildings.
