Hello dear travelers! My name is Erdem (Adam), and I come from the beautiful seaside town of Kuşadası, on Turkey’s western coast — just 15 miles away from the legendary city of Ephesus. For most people, Ephesus is an ancient site. For me? It’s my office. Not a bad workplace, right? I speak fluent English and am a Professional Licensed Tour Guide in Turkey, specializing in Ephesus and its fascinating Greco-Roman history. My Story 📖 I was born in Antwerp, Belgium in 1987, but my roots called me back home. In 2000, I moved to Kuşadası and began my journey in tourism. I studied Travel Administration & Guiding at Adnan Menderes University, graduated after 5 years, and in 2015 proudly received my official license from the Ministry of Culture & Tourism of Turkey. Since 2005, I’ve welcomed thousands of curious travelers. And guess what? My passion and energy are still as fresh as my very first day on the job. Along the way, I’ve specialized in Greco-Roman history and deepened my knowledge through countless courses — especially on biblical tours. Why Travel with Me? 🌍 Booking me means you’re not just hiring a guide — you’re gaining a local friend with insider knowledge. Here’s what I offer: ✨ No tourist traps – I know where they hide. ✨ Skip the long ticket lines & dodge the crowds – more time for discovery. ✨ Flexible itineraries – we can adjust plans on the spot to match your interests. ✨ Best photo spots – because history looks even better on Instagram. ✨ Great with kids – I make history fun and engaging for all ages. And my motto? “Happy guests, happy guide.” Fun Facts 🎭 🐾 I’m an animal lover! You might even meet my furry colleague, Garfield the Cat, who has been roaming Ephesus for 6 years. Most days, you’ll find him lounging near the Great Theatre — and yes, I’ll introduce you. 📸 I’ll show you the hidden corners where history comes alive and your photos will shine. 😄 I love making tours lively, memorable, and filled with laughter. Private Tours vs. Big Bus Tours 🚐 With me, your tour is personalized and exclusive: Every tour is guided by me — no handovers. Ask me anything, anytime. Flexible pacing — no rushing, no waiting for 40 other people. Customized to your interests: art, architecture, religion, daily life, or even cats of Ephesus! When you travel with me, you won’t just see history — you’ll experience it through my eyes. My job doesn’t feel like work, because I truly love what I do. And by the end of the day, you’ll leave Ephesus not just with great memories, but also a new friend. Looking forward to welcoming you, Erdem (Adam) Licensed by The Ministry of Culture & Tourism of Turkey Operating with an A-Class Travel Agency (TÜRSAB member)
