Hello! My name is Nina and I am happy to introduce you to the superb experience of exploring Basque Country. This region is one of the most magnificent and unique places in the world. In the Basque Country, everyone finds something that touches their heart. It has a fascinating nature, rich history, unique culture and traditions and world-famous gastronomy. My passion for travel and constantly exploring new destinations led me to the profession of a guide. I have been in the travel industry for almost twenty years and I use my experience in tourism with the guests who had come to visit these amazing places. I love my job because it really makes me happy to introduce this place to visitors, each time in a different way. I am an energetic, creative person who also enjoys traveling and sightseeing, exploring new cultures and art. I am also helpful, flexible and always able to make my clients feel at ease. To be a guide is more than a job for me, it is a way of life and an exciting creative process. I provide cultural, historical, gastronomical and wine tours, and for that, the Basque Country is a unique place in the world. I have the possibility to invite you to a private Basque Gastronomic Club (Sociedad Gastronomika), which can only be accessed by the invitation of one of the members of the club, where I can organize a delicious traditional Basque meal so that you will get to know the secrets of the Basque Cuisine. Also, I will introduce you to the Basque traditions and you will have unique opportunity to visit a real Basque farmhouse. Overview of your San Sebastian tour

This wonderful area of Spain is really worth seeing. Rocky coastline, beautiful white beaches, green mountains, charming fishing villages and raging ocean. Although Gipuzkoa province is the smallest area in the Basque Country, it is the center of Basque culture. Here are preserved stone medieval buildings from 16-19 century. During the tour, we will visit the seaside villages - Zarautz, Getaria and Zumaya, each one has its own unique charm. You will see one of the Game of Throne filming location - the spectacular cliffs over 60 million years old! I will introduce you to the Basque traditions and you will have unique opportunity to visit a real Basque farmhouse. I have the possibility to invite you to a private Basque Gastronomic Club, which can only be accessed by the invitation of one of the members of the club.

My husband and I had a wonderful half day with Nina. We arrived in San Sebastian in the afternoon, and she met us at our hotel with a small. She gave us lots of information about the history of the city, as we walked around the old town. The highlight of the tour was when we went to a small fishing village outside of town. We took a short boat ride to a beautiful village and explored! Nina has tremendous knowledge of the area. We are looking forward to another full day tour with Nina of the Basque country!

Our tour of Basque Country was the highlight of our stay in San Sebastian. Nina was the perfect travelling companion and guide. We saw lovely towns in the hills outside the city: Zarautz, Zumaia and Getaria, where we had a delicious and authentic Basque meal. At Nina's great suggestion we hired a driver, allowing Nina to interact with us and kept us from worrying about parking. Fun, energetic and knowledgeable, Nina set a high bar. It was a very speicial day that we will always remember. Thank you Nina!

What an enjoyable day we spent with Nina along the Basque Coast! Nina and her driver could not have given a better tour than they did with us. From picking us up at our AirBnB in San Sebastian to beautiful scenic stops along the coast and an unforgettable lunch in Getaria it was day we won't forget. Her knowledge of the history and culture of the area was amazing. She even had the driver take us to an out of the way gorgeous hotel that is now on our list of places to stay when we return to the area.
