Hello! Olá! ¡Hola! Salut! My name is Anna and I come from Warsaw - the capital of Poland. **Starting from March 2025, I will be available on the weekends (Friday - Sunday), with limited flexibility on weekdays. Please message me in advance if you would like to book a tour on a weekday** I have been working as a guide since 2009 and I must admit that presenting my city, its history, regional customs and lifestyle to foreigners is a real pleasure to me. I like revealing the local secrets to travelers and I enjoy working with people who are eager to learn with me. I graduated from the University of Warsaw as an interpreter, but at the same time I continued a family tradition of guiding in my country - being already the third generation, after my grandma and mom. No matter what brings you here - together we can make the time you spend in Warsaw an unforgettable and satisfactory experience. I am flexible when it comes to topics and types of visits - WW2, Jewish Warsaw, Frederic Chopin, Royal Warsaw, culinary & liquors tasting etc. We can have a walk around the medieval-style Old Town or do a full-day tour, including one of the city's museums - just tell me what interests you and we can plan a perfect schedule together. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions :) Hope to see you in Warsaw! - Licensed local guide in Warsaw and tour escort in Poland - Licensed guide in various museums/interiors in Warsaw, including POLIN - Museum of the History of Polish Jews and The Royal Castle - Licensed guide at Majdanek Extermination & Concentration Camp - Certificate in Advanced English and Master's Degree in Linguistics (Portuguese and Spanish) I do not have any restrictions in regard to my guiding, I can offer a full range of experiences.

This tour is dedicated to those who are interested in the history of Jewish Warsaw (and Jewish Poland). It will provide you with essential information on the past and present of the Jewish community on the Polish lands, with special focus to XX-century and Holocaust topics. Warsaw, which before the World War 2 was home to the biggest Jewish urban community in Europe, still preserves hidden remnants of its presence. Cultural institutes, museums, monuments and memorials help us to get immersed in the vibrant history of local Jewry. Let's have a journey through more than 1000 years of Jewish presence in Poland!
The tour can begin at your hotel or in another centrally located spot of your choice. Transportation between the meeting point, POLIN museum and other places of interest is included. Note: The tour can start in the morning or in the afternoon. Please note that the museum is closed on Tuesdays - in this case the tour can be customized into a Jewish Warsaw tour. The tour includes: a guided visit of POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews with a certified guide, visit of the essential points in the Museum's surroundings - including Monument to Warsaw Ghetto Heroes, Mila 18 memorial and Umschlagplatz. If you opt for a Jewish Warsaw tour without visiting the interiors of POLIN museum, the itinerary will include other points of interest located within the city center: - Nozyk Synagogue and Grzybowski Square - Ghetto wall remnants - Wooden footbridge monument at Chlodna street - Jewish Cemetery at Okopowa street - Monument to Warsaw Ghetto Heroes - Mila 18 memorial - Umschlagplatz
