Express walking tour in Old town - the unique Unesco World Heritage Site

You will get the chance to explore the oldest part of the city reaching back to the 13th century with its medieval grid of the streets. But it will be a very specific walk though - namely all the original buildings were set on fire during Warsaw Uprising 1944. And yet due to the enormous effort of the Polish nation they have been lovingly and meticulously reconstructed after WWII. Unesco has respected this enormous accomplishment and registered the Old Town alongside with the later reconstructed Royal Castle on the list of World Heritage Sites. We will stroll down the narrow streets to the colourful Market Square - full of life now and back in time. Through the Barbican - fortified medieval gate we will enter the New Town.
