Once departing from Hotel or Airbnb, we will make a drive for only 45 minutes East of the city of Oaxaca, once there, we will meet with Julitza our cooking instructor, not only is she local but also speaks the language with the locals at the market, she will give us a walk through the market and I will explain what is going on. At the end, we will visit her home, there, is where we will have the cooking experience; from the local ingredients to a mix of regional ingredients, NOT only do we cook, but at the end, we eat what we cook, that is to finish things right. -
