Before becoming a licensed tour guide I was the owner of a wine shop in town and I worked for several years in the food sector. Bologna is simply the capital of Italian and probably European food. Food, wine and culture are mixed together in a unique tradition, rich in experience and know-how. You can find it in some of the products that the whole world envies us. From this area comes the Parmigiano Reggiano, the mortadella, the Prosciutto and the Balsamic vinegar. Through several tastings, about ten, including cheese, some kind of breads, salami and other cured meat, chocolate and the artisanal gelato, we will discover the highest quality of our food tradition.
