Namaste My name is Shailesh and I have lived in Mumbai all my life. When I was young I used to play in the open fields and mess around down by my local stream with my friends. I used to cycle down all the local lanes, places that I take you on my tours even now, off the beaten track and a chance to see Bollywood city. I drive to beautiful local places and tourist places and we frequently stop to take photographs and to walk around and also visit amazing market towns to stop for a bit of window shopping or just to admire the architecture. There was a lot of difficulty with long lines at immigration to get off the cruise ship, but Shailesh was waiting patiently for us with our driver. He pointed out many local landmarks, including Antilia, home of the richest man in India - impressive! We had a great view of the city from the top of the Tower of Silence. We also visited a seaside park where we tasted some local dishes including dosa. We had a very enjoyable day with Shailesh, and I recommend him highly.
