My name is Jenny and I have been living in Mumbai for most of my life and could never think of settling down in any other city as Mumbai has left an indelible mark on my personality and life.
I have fallen in love with this melting pot of a city where you can find great paradoxes and little joys at every turn. Mumbai is pulsating, alive, always on the move, vibrant, fun and much more……
My thirst for knowledge, interminable sensitivity and empathy, genuine warmth, endless excitement, tireless dedication are some of the abilities I discovered I had that lead me since the year 2008 to be a Coordinator in Mumbai for organizations that sent volunteers to India from different countries around the world.
I am a homemaker having a deep passion for Indian cooking and having seen the desire that many of these volunteers have for Indian food, which prompted me to start an Authentic Indian Cookery Class for people from other nationalities who are visiting India which has helped me meet and interact with a lot of people from other countries who have genuinely appreciated my Indian dishes. They also get to participate in the cooking process and enjoy an authentic Indian meal as well.
This penchant I have for interacting with people from other nationalities coupled with the joy and passion I have in showcasing Indian culture, tradition, heritage and hospitality has now culminated in conducting Cookery Classes, City Tours, Street Food Tours, Shopping Tours, Slum Tours, Market Tours and anything and everything that helps to showcase the essence of Mumbai to my esteemed guests. . My Hardwork and Openmindedness is what drives me to always improve and never settle for anything less than exceeding my guests' expectations.
I have interacted with foreigners from different parts of the world - USA, Europe, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand South Africa, Thailand, Taiwan, HongKong, China, Japan, Singapore and am very comfortable with them.
I am not a licensed guide and will not be able to guide you inside of the historical monuments.
