Hello everyone, I am Caroline and I am a French tour guide from Paris! I have a passion for history and the city of Paris, that is why I decided to be a tour guide in 2010 after having my license. What are my other passions? I love good food (of course I am French!), fashion and traveling all around the world to discover other cultures! If you want to discover museums, monuments and quarters of Paris, follow me! I will be very happy to share my knowledge with you and I will give you explanations about French culture and history. Before being a tour guide, I worked in a school, so I am used to working with children and I adapt my speech to them. See you soon in Paris! - master of history 2004 - licence of tour guide 2010 I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

Come with me to discover the charming quarter of Montmartre! Originally it was a village which became a neighborhood of Paris in 1860. It was a poor quarter and many penniless artists were living there until WW1. The most famous are Auguste Renoir, Vincent Van Gogh, Modigliani or Pablo Picasso! We will see the square of the Bateau-Lavoir where Picasso painted the famous "ladies of Avignon and the windmill where Renoir painted "The Bal du moulin de la Galette" which is in the Musee d'Orsay. You will hear the story of the man who was able to go through the walls. On the way, we will see the old cabaret of the Lapin Agile and you will hear the story of a painting made by a donkey! Then we will have a look at the vineyards of Montmartre and the Pink House painted by Utrillo. We will arrive at the Square du Tertre where painters are selling their paintings and we will finish our tour in front of the Basilica of the Sacre-Coeur. I won't be allowed to speak inside the church, I will give you information outside.
- the wall of "I love you" - the "bateau-lavoir" - the house of the singer Dalida - the restaurant of the moulin de la galette - the Villa Leandre - the statue called "Le passe-muraille" - the house of the painter Renoir - the vineyards - the pink house - place du Tertre square with painters - the basilica of the Sacre-Coeur The itinerary is flexible, for any changes please let me know.
