Bonjour! I am an Italian art historian Parisian at heart and a licensed tour guide in France. I fell in love with Paris a long time ago, when I visited this incredible city for the first time. When I moved here I decided to learn everything about its history, culture, art but also legends, traditions, food, lifestyle, boutiques. . . I read all the books I could; I visited every single museum, art collection, monument and historical place I could, including the closed ones (good guides always have great connection); I walked along (almost) every street, garden, square and I consumed some many shoes you cannot even image. I ended up being a French licensed tour guide, a professional personal shopper in Paris and I am still learning! I make new discoveries every day and I love sharing my knowledge with travelers who are curious to learn something more than what you can read in tourists' books. In my tour, I love making the past lives again, following unusual paths even in the most touristic areas and letting you experience the authentic Paris, feeling like local. I like the idea of a sustainable tourism, even in a city like Paris. If you like walking around, let's take it slow and enjoy the city and its secrets addresses. . . Sun or rain it will be spectacular! I am smiling and flexible: if you are looking for a truly taylormade Parisian tour in a very friendly atmosphere feel free to contact me and I will organise it for you: from walking tours in the city to high-end shopping experiences, from Skip-the-line Museums visits to thematic itineraries to enjoy Parisian cultural or gastronomic heritage. . . all my tours are studied to be fun, informative and safe (including headsets that I personally and carefully sanitize after every single use). I have a strong historical and artistic background (graduated with honours in History of Art in Venice, Italy) and I've been working in tourism for more than 9 years. I have 3 different tour guide licenses, including the official French Tour Guide License (Carte Professionelle de Guide Conferencier n. 1475034P) so I can guide you in all French museums and monuments, providing a Skip-the-line service for almost all of them. I am not a driver but I can arrange for you private transfers with fully licensed and professionally insured drivers in Paris and outside the city (day excursions to Versailles, Loire Castles, Chartres. . . ). I've been working with schools for years (and I have 2 children) so I know what you are looking for if you are travelling with kids. - MA degree in Art History - Graduated with honours in Conservation of Cultural Heritage and Art History (Ca' Foscari University, Venice, Italy) - specialized in XVI century art - Former art history teacher - Carte Professionelle de Guide-Conferencier (number: n. 1475034P) - Member of FNGIC (Federation Nationale Des Guides Interpretes et Conferencier) - Member of Paris Historique, a national association dedicated to the protection and enhancement of Parisian cultural heritage - Viking Local Guide Certificate of Excellence (Oct. 2016) I am not a driver. I can accompany you in your vehicle or I can arrange for a separate car or minivan and driver

A little gem, hidden away from touristy crowds but close enough to Paris to be a charming escape from the city life: The Chateau de Malmaison is the perfect place to go to dive into the past and into Napoleon Bonaparte and Josephine's lives. Don't expect the grandeur of Versailles or the solemnity of Fontainebleau: the little Chateau de Malmaison, Josephine house, offers a unique insight on the Empire and French neoclassical styles and on the histories of its famous owner. Walking through its halls, we will admire all the original decorations and furniture. From the beautiful Music hall to the Empress' bedchamber, from Napoleon room to the dining room. . . it will also be a journey into the Imperial couple everyday life and French history at the turning of the 19th century. During the tour we will talk about French history and gossip about the life of some of the most influential figures of French history. Plus, you will have the chance to enjoy the real French atmosphere, outside Paris and touristy places
- Meeting in Paris - transfer to Chateau de Malmaison (train or private car) - private tour of the Chateau De Malmaison - transfer back to Paris (train or private car) Would you like a full day tour outside Paris and out of the crowds? Ask me to add the visit to Saint-Germain-en-Laye. We will admire the ancient Chateau De Saint-Germain (now the archeological museum of Paris) and discover everything about the Celts living in Paris before the Romans conquered it!
